Three-in-One Legal Software
Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate Software
Dream Docs is a Law Practice Organization System which makes it possible to add efficient Estate Planning to your law practice. The intake forms, letters to the client and estate planning documents have been used and improved for 14 years by a California estate planning attorney. This particular attorney sets up 120 to 150 living trusts per year for his clients. Over the last 14 years, this attorney has continuously improved the document templates to create a comprehensive, efficient system for practicing simple estate planning.
Dream Docs gives you specialized intake forms to record the necessary client data. Dream Docs allows you to enter client data into an online database. The Dream Docs templates are merged with the online client data to produce rough draft documents. The rough draft documents are then saved and customized by you in your own office word processor. (Word or Word Perfect or other)
The Dream Docs system also includes an Instruction Manual to get you started with hypotheticals. The Instruction Manual explains what you need to know about estate planning and gives you sample questions which you will be asked by potential clients.
We also explain the secret piece of data which motivates potential clients to do business with you. The attorney behind this software has a 99% success rate when talking to potential clients in the attorney's office.
Using the Dream Docs system, that same attorney can process a client's documents within twenty minutes after the end of the initial consultation. The clients sometimes receive the printed documents the next day. (same day by email attachment)
You will need a PC (not a MAC) and high speed DSL or Cable Internet access to operate the system.
The Dream Docs System will allow estate planning attorneys to practice comfortably within the following parameters: 1) Single clients with assets under 3.5 million dollars. 2) Married couples with assets under 7.0 million dollars. Most all potential clients fall within the parameters of the Dream Docs system. If they don't fall within these parameters, you probably need to refer the client to a Certified Specialist.
Limiting your estate planning practice avoids many of the malpractice and complexity issues which can get you into serious trouble.
